In addition to custom fabrication, at our main plant in Monticello, NY, we produce a number of unique, high quality proprietary products.
Space Frames and Supporting Columns
We manufacture a proprietary forged space frame node that features high strength and low labor assembly in its patented design. Millions of people have walked under space frames and around supporting structures manufactured in our New York plant. Wonderful architectural examples that demonstrate our unique capabilities can be found in such places as the Jacob Javits Center, the award-winning Corporate Center of Rye, Corning Glass 2000 Museum, Minot Air Force Base, Wykoff Hospital, Terminal One at JFK International Airport, and the spectacular Dujur Aviary at the Bronx Zoo.
Store Displays and Stands
Innovative designs and builds high quality stands for retail store use, including scale stands, food display stands, clothing racks and more. Many of our products can be modified to fit customer requirements.
Modular Prison Cells
Another proprietary design, our modular assemble-in-place cells provide easy additions that have pre-installed systems access for electric, ventilation and plumbing.
Roll-off Refuse Containers
This is a new and evolving product line for Innovative. We design and build high quality containers with capacities ranging from 20 cubic yards upward. Our plant also has manufactured specialty containers, including covered containers. We can even build them of stainless steel. Our unique capability for forming full size metal plate in all alloys allows us to construct containers with fewer welded seams for better strength, durability and cleanout ability, and often at a lower cost than our competitors.
Temporary and Orthotropic Bridges
Innovative also manufactures quick-install bridges. They vary in size from small aluminum portable footbridges to large orthotropic steel structure bridges capable of handling normal highway traffic. Our orthotropic bridges require a slightly higher capitol expenditure than the standard cement and steel bridges most often used on highways today, but our design lasts three times as long and often can be installed as one piece in as little as a day. This same orthotropic bridge design can be modified to produce temporary, reusable and modifiable parking garages, an ideal solution to empty city lots awaiting eventual building construction.
